The UNMC Student Senate and the UNMC/Nebraska Medicine Emerging Professionals Program are hosting a volunteer day on April 7.
There are several sites to choose from, including:
- City Sprouts
 - Keep Omaha Beautiful with Metro Omaha Tobacco Action Coalition (MOTAC)
 - Habitat for Humanity
 - Lutheran Family Services
 - Ronald McDonald House
 - Catholic Charities
 - Sienna Francis House
 - inCommon
 - Omaha Public Library Millard Branch

Each site has a limited number of volunteer slots, so it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants will have the option to rank their top three choices at registration.
Registration is required and will close on April 3. Register here.
All volunteers will receive a T-shirt at check-in on campus between 8-8:30 a.m. A light breakfast will be provided prior to departing for the volunteer sites. Each group will spend three hours at their site (9 a.m.-noon) before heading back to campus for a group lunch in the Sorrell Center (provided by the Student Senate and EPP).
