Power to End Stroke Campaign launched

Blacks are almost twice as likely to have a stroke as whites, and about 100,000 African Americans will suffer from one this year. That’s why Rubens Pamies, M.D., vice chancellor for academic affairs at UNMC, and others are teaming up with the American Stroke Association this month to launch the Power to End Stroke campaign in Omaha.
