Denise Waibel-Rycek, instructor for the UNMC College of Nursing Kearney Division, describes the functions of the birthing manikin in the Simulation Suite at the new Health Science Education Complex at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. The building, which opened in August, houses more than a dozen UNMC nursing and allied health programs. Ryan Splittgerber, Ph.D., assistant professor with the UNMC College of Allied Health Professions - Kearney Campus, also talked about new technology in the building.
