Dr. Hani Haider recognized by ASTM International

Dr. Haider was awarded the Leroy Wyman Award in May for his outstanding contributions to the F04 Committee, which develops testing standards on medical and surgical materials and devices.

UNMC study: knee replacement viable option for rheumatoid arthritis

Based on analysis, total knee replacement can improve the quality of life in RA patients, however, ultimately the arthritis usually returns.
