A job/shift share arrangement and assignment of alternate work duties may be utilized during the CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) response in order to accomplish the mission of the university. In this virus response context, this option means that supervisors may work within their department and with other departments to utilize the skills and talent to accomplish work, by combining several jobs and duties. This may include adjusting/alternating/combining work schedules and shifts along with duties assigned.
If this type of arrangement is appropriate, supervisors will discuss the arrangement in detail with the individuals who will be involved.
