Research/professional interests:

How I fell in love with behavior analysis: I've fallen in love with behavior analysis repeatedly throughout my career, but the first time was as an undergraduate student. Learning about behavior analysis helped me see order in this seemingly chaotic universe.

Education:

  • BA, Florida State University
  • MS, Florida Institute of Technology
  • PhD, Florida Institute of Technology
  • Fellowship, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine's Kennedy Krieger Institute
  • Fellowship, University of Vermont

Memberships:

  • Latino Association for Behavior Analysis
  • Black Applied Behavior Analysts, Inc (Advocate/Ally member)

Three things people may not know about me:

  • I love book clubs, writing groups and fairy lights.
  • I panic when the temperature drops below 70 degrees.
  • My dog is one of my favorite organisms on the planet.

Umm, is someone going to tell Dr. Rey about Nebraska winters or will we let her be surprised? :)
