Firefly now has several new features in Employee Self Service (ESS), including:
- Approval Relationships — Here you can see who approves your leave requests or travel.
- General Data and Monitoring of Tasks — General data provides an overview of your job including the position classifications, hiring date and reporting relationships while “Monitoring of Tasks” provides a list of dates associated to your position that may require an action by your manager or the human resource coordinator in your department.
- Organizational History — Here you can view the positions you’ve held at the university since December 1999.
- Position Overview — This shows your position number and title information. You also can find details about any position you hold.
