Start off De-Stress Week with breakfast to go

It’s Monday, but “donut” stress.

Start the work week off with free donuts, muffins or granola bars and juice. Stop by the Michael F. Sorrell Center Alumni Commons from 7:30 – 9 a.m. for pre-packaged breakfast items and juice while supplies last.

At noon, join yoga instructor and therapist Devashree Patel, PhD, at the Center for Healthy Living for an hour-long relaxing yoga session incorporating deep stretching and breathing. Faculty, staff and students are welcome to take part in the free class sponsored by the Center for Healthy Living.

At 3 p.m., the UNMC Facebook page will feature some of the adorable pets that are beloved to UNMC faculty, staff and students.
