Dr. Wysong is the founding chair and the William Bruce, MD, Distinguished Chair of the UNMC Department of Dermatology. A nationally recognized Mohs micrographic surgeon and a translational skin cancer research scientist, Dr. Wysong also serves as the director of the skin cancer program at the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center.
Drs. Gold and Wysong discuss her recent national study on melanoma survival rates among men. In addition, Dr. Wysong shares the story of how she fell in love with dermatology and discusses advances in skin cancer treatment.
