Reporting facilities maintenance issues

The facilities operations team is urging med center colleagues to report issues needing repair or replacement.

Facilities operations helps ensure that the approximately 10 million square feet of Nebraska Medicine and UNMC facilities are meeting the many needs to support everything the organization accomplishes.

For such issues as a door malfunction, plumbing or lighting issues, slip hazards, wet ceiling tile, temperature issues or things that don’t seem normal or are out of the ordinary, please enter a work request into Archibus at this facilities maintenance link.

Emergent situations, such as active water issues or odors, need to be called into the service desk at 402-559-4050 or 402-552-3347 to activate faster response times.
