Faculty, staff and students are invited to UNMC’s all-campus forum today (Feb. 15).
UNMC Chancellor Jeffrey P. Gold, MD, will be joined by Chris Kratochvil, MD, UNMC’s vice chancellor for external relations.
The forum will be from noon to 1 p.m. in the Sorrell Center, Room 2018, and also via Zoom. The forum link is available on the campus intranet.
Forum attendees will learn more about UNMC Government Relations; tips on how to, as UNMC employees, engage in policy advocacy; and updates on university-related legislation currently being discussed in the Nebraska Legislature. Attendees also will be able to ask questions and hear campus updates that span topics from the university’s budget to construction-related projects.
An American Sign Language interpreter will take part in the event.
