UNMC’s 2025 Employee Engagement Survey is open and will run through Saturday, April 26.
The survey is for all faculty and regular staff, including house officers, and has been delivered via an email to employees’ UNMC inbox through a confidential survey link. The survey offers 5,000 UNMC employees an important opportunity to offer their perspectives on what’s happening around campus.

UNMC Human Resources has engaged with Engage2Excel to administer the 2025 survey, with assistance from Quantum Workplace. Survey emails are delivered from Quantum Workplace and the email domain quantumworkplace.com.
Administrators have set a high goal for this survey – aiming to achieve an 80% response. That employee feedback is crucial in helping create a better workplace for everyone at UNMC.
UNMC employees are encouraged to complete the survey as soon as possible. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Following the initial email on Tuesday, April 15, the first survey reminder went out on Thursday, April 17.
Further reminders will follow on Tuesday, April 22, and Friday, April 25, although those reminders will stop once employees complete the survey. The 2025 Employee Engagement Survey will close on Saturday, April 26 – be sure to share your feedback before the deadline.
The survey is confidential. Through its collaboration with the external survey vendor, UNMC will not receive any information that personally identifies any survey participant or their responses.
