Archibus, the workplace management software used by UNMC facilities, will be temporarily unavailable from 4 to 10 p.m., today (June 19) due to a scheduled cloud migration by the vendor. This downtime is necessary to ensure the continued reliability and performance of the system.
During this downtime, procedures have been established to handle urgent and non-urgent work orders:
Urgent work orders:
- Call 402-552-3347 or 402-559-4050. Calls will be routed to the Nebraska Medicine Call Center, which will notify dispatch and then operations, in accordance with after-hours procedures.
Non-urgent work orders:
- Wait until after the downtime window to submit the request in Archibus.
