The SHARING Clinics will host the “SHARING the Green” golf tournament on Friday, Oct. 10, to raise funds for UNMC’s student-run clinics, which provide free high-quality medical care to Omaha’s underserved populations.
The tournament will be held at Eagle Hills Golf Course, 501 Eagle Hills Drive in Papillion, Nebraska. Registration begins at 2:30 p.m. with a shotgun start at 3 p.m., followed by dinner, prizes and a silent auction at 6 p.m. The scramble tournament includes nine holes with cart, range balls, dinner and prizes.
The annual golf tournament is the SHARING Clinics’ most important fundraiser of the year, making up almost half of the operational budget, with all funds contributing directly to the costs of clinic operations and patient care.
Registration is $300 for a four-person team, which includes nine holes, golf cart, range balls, buffet dinner and prize eligibility.
Not a golfer, but want to support the student-run clinics? Attend the dinner and silent auction at approximately 5:30 p.m. for only $20. Student pricing is available. In addition, a variety of sponsorship levels are available, ranging from $300 to sponsor a student team to $7,500 for a corporate sponsorship.
Complete this registration form to participate, donate or be a sponsor.
Founded in 1997, the SHARING Clinics serve patients at four locations, offering valuable educational and community engagement opportunities for UNMC students across various health professions.
