How I fell in love with medicine and my specialty:

I first found the field when I was hired as a scribe for an otolaryngology clinic before medical school. I fell in love with it during my year there, and despite trying to keep an open mind during school toward other specialties, I decided that ENT was the perfect fit.

• I’ve been to 27 countries.
• I am a fifth-generation Arizonan, but I enjoy living in Omaha.
