UNMC and Nebraska Medicine Integrated Services is announcing Phase 1 of a three-phase initiative to improve user’s customer experience.
Beginning today (Dec. 11), integrated services is introducing Archibus Workplace, a modern, user-friendly interface for the Work Order and Space Management System. This upgrade streamlines access to all biomedical services, facilities and environmental services, bringing everything under one integrated platform.
Workplace keeps all the power of the existing Archibus system but delivers it in a cleaner, easier-to-use layout. The homepage provides quick access to the most used tools, including floorplans and work requests. Service categories have been reorganized to help quickly identify what users need and ensure that requests reach the right team as quickly as possible.
As part of this transition, all existing Archibus links will be replaced with Workplace links. Users are encouraged to update their bookmarks.
Whether someone is submitting a maintenance request or looking up a floorplan, Workplace is designed to save time and simplify the user experience.
