Kendra Gonzalez, a licensed mental health practitioner with Nebraska Medicine, will present “Starting Fresh: Practical Self-Care and Wellness Strategies for the New Year” at the next Olson Center Brown Bag.
Gonzalez, a psychotherapist with the Nebraska Medicine Patient-Centered Medical Home, will start the Olson Center’s 2026 brown bag series by guiding attendees through a reflective process to evaluate their health and wellness from the past year and identify areas for improvement in 2026.
The session will explore evidence-based self-care strategies from physical, mental, emotional and social perspectives that reduce stress and promote balance. Attendees will leave with practical tools to set realistic, sustainable goals for the year ahead.
This virtual event will be Tuesday, Jan. 20, from noon to 1 p.m.
