Med center Outlook emails will have a new button to replace the “Report Phish” button. The new button in the ribbon at the top is called the “Hoxhunt (HOX) Report this email” button. It may take 72 hours to appear after the start date, and a restart of Outlook may be necessary.

Users may receive simulated phishing emails as part of the program. The role for users is simple: if they spot something suspicious, click the “Report this email” button. Users will receive instant feedback to help improve awareness over time.
