Peter Iwen, MS, PhD, who serves as director of the Nebraska Public Health Laboratory, was a contributing author on “Ensuring Quality, Safety, and Efficiency in the Public Health Laboratory,” which appeared in the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL)’s Lab Matters publication in October.
Dr. Iwen also was the subject of a profile in the most recent issue of Omaha Magazine.
Emily McCutchen, MS, deputy director of NPHL, was lead author on a paper on public health laboratory leadership development, which recently appeared in the Journal of Medical Microbiology.
