The UNMC Student Senate leadership is in place and conducting business for the 2025-26 school year.
The president and student regent is Brock Calamari, a fourth-year medical student from Barrington, Illinois.
Along with Calamari, the leadership team is:
- Vice president: Connor Aylor, a fourth-year medical student from Lincoln, Nebraska.
- Treasurer: Sam Buss, a second-year pharmacy student from Tecumseh, Nebraska.
- Chief of staff: Allie Daro, a third-year medical student from David City, Nebraska.
Among the UNMC Student Senate’s roles are influencing university policy and promoting the interests of all students attending UNMC. As the official representative of the student body, the senate consists of senators from each educational unit of UNMC.
