De-Stress Week: Good dogs, stretch breaks and more

A morning coffee bar in the UNMC College of Pharmacy offered coffee and tea to students and faculty as part of Monday's start to De-Stress Week.

De-Stress Week at UNMC continues through Friday, Dec. 12. Employees and students are invited to attend the week’s activities for a chance to unwind and take a break before finals, commencement and the holidays.

  • Slow Flow Yoga class, 5:15 p.m., Center for Healthy Living, Room 1004 — This slower-paced class focuses on holding poses for longer periods, allowing your muscles to relax and promoting work on fascia and connective tissues, supporting improved flexibility and a deeper sense of release.
