UNMC students interested in learning more or leasing space in UNMC’s new residence facility, scheduled to open in August 2026, are encouraged to sign up for informational updates.
The new apartments, located on the east edge of UNMC’s Omaha campus, will offer modern studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans, a controlled-access entry, grab-and-go dining options, collaborative study and meeting spaces, an outdoor patio and lounge area, bike storage and 24/7 campus security patrol, among other amenities.
