Celebrate impact with the UNMC iTEACH Awards

At the 2025 iTEACH Awards ceremony were, from left, Jenny Song; Heidi Keeler, PhD, assistant vice chancellor with the UNMC Office of Community Engagement; UNMC Interim Chancellor H. Dele Davies, MD; Kim Nguyen and Sarah Uhm.

Every day at UNMC, students, faculty and staff go above and beyond to strengthen the campuses, serve the community and live out the iTEACH values. Now is a chance to help spotlight that work.

Nominations for the 2026 iTEACH Awards are open and will close on March 23, with winners honored at the iTEACH Awards Ceremony on April 16. Faculty and staff are encouraged to share this opportunity with students and invite them to nominate the inspiring individuals and teams they work with every day.

These awards are a celebration of how the UNMC community leads with compassion, collaboration and courage.
