Olson Center ‘Wellness Through Doing’ focus: Charcuterie boards

The Olson Women’s Health Resource Center is hosting a free online session about charcuterie boards this month.

In its next “Wellness through Doing” class, the Olson Center will host CJ Crouch, owner of “Charcuterie by CJ” in Elkhorn. Crouch will demonstrate his charcuterie tips and tricks while explaining to attendees how to make a charcuterie board for Independence Day holiday gatherings.

The virtual class will be held June 15 at noon. The Zoom link will be sent to registrants prior to the event.

Please register on Engage, by emailing Candyce Dunlap or by calling 402-559-6345. The class is free.

‘Wellness Through Doing: A Series on Hobbies for Mental Health’ is an ongoing series by the Olson Center. Engaging with hobbies can reduce stress and improve a person’s mood. Challenging oneself with new skills can improve memory and sharpen the mind. Join ‘Wellness Through Doing’ to learn to do something new.
