UNeMed Corporation, the technology transfer leader for UNMC, sponsors a free Webinar series for all researchers, post docs and graduates students. The seventh course in the 11-week series, “The Advanced Essentials: Shareholder Agreements; Directors and Executives; Term Sheets; Private Placement Memoranda; Stock Purchase Agreements,” is scheduled for Thursday.
