Talk about your job and what you like best about it: My job entails many duties and responsibilities, as with any residency coordinator, to assist with providing administrative support to the residency program leadership, chief residents and residents. I assist with management of accreditation requirements, annual recruitment season, coordinating and organizing meetings, projects and events and management of the many day-to-day activities related to the running of the residency program.
