Gwen Hlava, RDH, MS, professor and chair of the department of dental hygiene, will retire in July 2024 after 50 years of service to the UNMC College of Dentistry. Gwen is the driving force behind the college’s tradition of excellence in dental hygiene education and patient care.
One of Gwen’s goals for the department is the addition of an endowed faculty position. This fund supports that endeavor, as well as other department priorities.
Honor Gwen’s retirement by contributing to the UNMC Department of Dental Hygiene’s 50th Anniversary Endowment Fund.
