UNMC’s Employee Engagement Survey is returning, and employees are encouraged to watch their inbox in the coming weeks.
The latest version of the engagement survey will be administered from April 15-26 to 5,000 UNMC employees – all faculty and regular staff, including house officers.
UNMC Human Resources has engaged with Engage2Excel to administer the 2025 survey, with assistance from Quantum Workplace.
Administrators have set a high goal for this survey – aiming to achieve an 80% response. That employee feedback is crucial in helping create a better workplace for everyone at UNMC.
Here are the ways UNMC employees can prepare and participate:
- Save the date for April 15. That is the first day that the Employee Engagement Survey will be delivered to UNMC employee inboxes from Quantum Workplace.
- Respond as soon as practical. The survey should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Survey reminders will follow on Thursday, April 17, Tuesday, April 22, and Friday, April 25, although those reminders will stop once employees complete the survey. The survey will close on Saturday, April 26.
- Closely watch their UNMC email inbox. On April 15, employees will receive the initial email invitation to complete the 2025 Employee Engagement survey. The email will be from the domain quantumworkplace.com and will include a survey link that will be unique for each employee. Through its collaboration with the external survey vendor, UNMC will not receive any information that personally identifies any survey participant or their responses. This provides complete confidentiality in each employee’s participation and responses.
- Check their inbox in case survey emails are filtered into UNMC’s “User Digest” for outside emails. Outside emails sometimes are quarantined into a User Digest that is delivered as its own email to UNMC inboxes. Outlook users can click on the email from “UNMC/Nebraska Medicine Email Policy” with the subject “User Digest.” Within that email, users can look for the Employee Engagement Survey email from quantumworkplace.com, then click the option “Release and Allow Sender” to have the survey email delivered to their inbox.
