Munroe-Meyer Institute’s annual report highlights ‘Building Momentum’

The UNMC Munroe-Meyer Institute has released its annual report, showcasing the institute’s momentum. Initiatives and services continue to gain traction and evolve all while the institute continues embracing its mission to transform lives of individuals and families with disabilities and complex health care needs.

The 2025 report highlights MMI efforts, such as launching primary care for patients across the lifespan, developing an in-house program for standardized crisis response, introducing a new wave of leadership and readying clients for driving through a foundational skills program.

In his dean and director’s message, Karoly Mirnics, MD, PhD, writes:

“At the Munroe-Meyer Institute, we continuously witness this change on our journey to extraordinary: we build on the strong foundation laid by those who came before us to launch ever-more transformational programs and initiatives.”
