Applications are open for membership in the Interprofessional Academy of Educators.
Members collaborate with nearly 300 faculty, staff and learners across UNMC’s campuses and colleges, as well as partner institutions including Nebraska Medicine, Children’s Nebraska and the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
Membership in the Interprofessional Academy of Educators is both a distinct honor and an opportunity to engage in meaningful work. Along with access to exclusive programs and collaborations, members take part in at least one teaching or educational service activity each year to contribute to the UNMC community. Applications for academy and affiliate members are open through June 29. For a full list of eligibility criteria and application requirements, visit the How to Apply page. Associate membership for student and resident learners will open in August. New members will be announced this fall and formally welcomed at the Induction Ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 10, at 6 p.m. in Omaha.
Anyone interested in joining is encouraged to complete the online application before the deadline. Also feel free to share this opportunity with colleagues at partner institutions who may be interested in affiliate membership.
