Wellness Wednesday — Relax and get your Hyp-Yoga on!
The Mindful Meditation Group that meets on Fridays over the noon hour invites anyone interested to join in a session of Hyp-Yoga this Friday in the Bennett Hall Reading Room (BH3011) at 12:15 p.m.
Group sessions
Aside from this week, the Mindful Meditation group meets on Fridays at 12:10 p.m. in Wittson Hall, Room 4039 (west end of the 42nd St. overpass) for a meditation period of about 20-minutes followed by brown bag lunch and discussion. All are welcome.

Come as you are (no wardrobe change needed) to experience a destressing and rejuvenating yoga and relaxation session led by a Hyp-Yoga certified instructor. No previous yoga experience or special equipment is necessary.
Hyp-Yoga is the unique combination of yoga and hypnosis.
The yoga used in Hyp-Yoga is beginner friendly vinyasa flow style and any body type, age and ability level can feel successful.
The Hyp-Yoga program was created by three women from Omaha and the program has been practiced by students around the world.
