New technology, called ‘sympathetic vasomotion,’ has been patented.

Renal artery pressure and flow velocity signals are used to calculate sympathetic vasomotion, to see if a non-invasive procedure is successful in removing the nerves that contribute to hypertension, thanks to an innovation created by a multidisciplinary team of UNMC researchers.
