Motorists on Saddle Creek Road will encounter lane restrictions beginning today, March 3, because of several planned projects. Lane restrictions are scheduled as follows:
- March 3 through 17 – A sewer connection project related to the CORE (Center of Research Excellence) Building will restrict one of the northbound lanes.
- March 17 through May 31 – The southbound curb lane will be restricted from the car wash to Jones Street to allow Valley Corporation to do construction and sidewalk work on Emile Street.
- March 17 through April 1 – As a result of a Metropolitan Utilities District’s utility disconnect project, the southbound two lanes will be restricted, requiring traffic to be head-to-head at Emile Street. Left turns will be restricted.
