Vitality Summit helps us better tell our story, register by Thursday

We communicate the UNMC brand every day through everything we do.

At this year’s Vitality Summit (formerly known as Creative Checkup), marketing/branding expert Steve Yastrow will share new tools and ideas to help us do our job and make our communications more effective.

All faculty and staff are invited to participate in the free Vitality Summit on Wednesday, Oct. 24 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Truhlsen Event Center in the Sorrell Center.

Registration information

There is no cost to attend, but you must register by Thursday. Register online. A cost center is requested at the time of registration, but will be used only to cover lunch in the event that you are unable to attend.

If you are interested in attending the lunch hour presentation alone, please indicate that on the registration. Lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Events Center.

About the speaker

Yastrow is the founder of Yastrow & Co., a Chicago-based consulting firm that helps companies, organizations and people communicate their stories in a way that builds strong relationships with customers and improves business performance. Yastrow challenges his clients and audiences to rethink the way they look at marketing, focusing them on the connection between customer beliefs and business results.

Before founding Yastrow & Co., he was vice-president of resort marketing for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts. He also is the author of two books, “We: The Ideal Customer Relationship” and “Brand Harmony.”
