Cost Transfer Training Session set for June 10

Do you need a review of the cost transfer procedure and requirements in effect on July 1? Does your job require you to understand the complexities and requirements associated with cost transfers? Do you find yourself confused about the Federal regulations regarding cost transfers? Do you find yourself wondering if you know all the right information? If you do, this training opportunity is for you!

The Office of Budget and Analysis is re-hosting a training session about the UNMC Cost Transfer Policy and Procedure. To help you understand the July 1 requirements, the training session is scheduled for Tuesday, June 10.

The informational training session is designed to:


  • reintroduce the UNMC Cost Transfer Policy
  • review UNMC Cost Transfer Policy and Procedure
  • inform the audience of Federal guidelines regarding cost transfers
  • identify correct and incorrect cost transfer circumstances
  • address the issues of justification, documentation, timeliness

Because this session is a review, only one morning session (from 9-10:30 a.m.) will be offered in the Eppley Science Hall Amphitheater.
