Your input is needed for UNMC’s 2013 Engagement Survey, which will be administered Feb. 18 through March 4.
The day has finally arrived — the 2013 UNMC Engagement Survey is now available to take online. The survey is administered through an e-mail from UnmcEngagementSurvey@Kenexa.com which contains the URL to access your survey. The survey only takes about 15 minutes to complete and will be available through March 4.

UNMC is requesting your help in creating a work environment that engages employees, fosters growth, inclusion and commitment, and attracts and retains the very best people. The Engagement Survey is an important tool in that effort.

All survey results will be maintained under strict confidentiality by a third-party survey organization, Kenexa. Your individual responses will be entirely confidential as Kenexa is committed to the anonymity of this process. All analysis will be reported in a summary form only. No individual responses will ever be shared.

“The engagement and commitment of UNMC’s faculty and staff continues to be a critical success factor in the campus strategic plan,” said John Russell, assistant vice chancellor for business and finance and executive director of human resources. “The surveys are one way of assessing the UNMC population’s engagement.”

The employee survey directly supports the brand values of “leadership, commitment to excellence, working together and a trusted resource,” Russell said.

UNMC needs your feedback and involvement in order to make improvements. It is your commitment and expertise that makes UNMC successful. You are a piece of UNMC’s puzzle and we need your participation in order to complete it.
