Registration will close Sept. 23 for the Eighth Annual Fall Midwest Thoracic & GI Oncology Conference, held Oct. 3 and 4 at the Scott Conference Center, 6450 Pine St., Omaha.
The thoracic session of the conference will address many of the issues arising in the diagnosis, treatment and management of lung cancer.
The GI session will focus on educating health care providers in the changing patterns of cancer epidemiology, updates in screening options, development of new diagnostic modalities and treatment as it pertains to gastrointestinal cancer.
