Fitness Friday will focus on yoga

September’s Fitness Friday event will be yoga.

The event will be held at noon on Friday (Sept. 20). Todd Gulizia will be leading a class on the Scott Student Plaza.

Fitness Fridays are held two Fridays each month and activities run between 30 and 60 minutes. Future Fitness Friday events will include activities such as walking and Zumba.

All Fitness Friday events are free for employees and students.

Please RSVP if you are able to attend, have ideas for future Fitness Friday activities or are interested in receiving emails about future Fitness Friday events. Space is limited.

    What time are the events on Fridays. After working hours would be nice especially for Yoga to finish the week in a relaxed mode rather than rushing back to work after a lunch Yoga session.
