United Way: Final winners announced as campaign ends

The final drawing for UNMC United Way campaign participant prize winners was held Friday. The winners were:

Deborah Lee, College of Nursing (Omaha): Two Husker football tickets to the Nov. 29 game vs. Iowa.
Paula Swanson, Munroe-Meyer Institute: $50 gift card to Target.
Nicole McCoid, business and finance: $50 gift card to Target.
Rodney McComb, M.D., pathology/microbiology: $50 gift card to Village Pointe.
Mary Stacy, vice chancellor for external affairs: $50 gift card to Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Jillian Fickenscher, family medicine: $25 gift card to Jones Brothers Cupcakes.
James Turpen, Ph.D., genetics, cell biology and anatomy: $25 gift card to Aksarben Movie Theater.

The 2013 United Way campaign has ended. A final report on the amount raised and the percentage of employee participation will appear this week in UNMC Today.
