Music as Medicine features performance by ‘I, the Siren’

I, the Siren will perform on UNMC's Omaha campus today.

Music as Medicine returns today with a performance by I, the Siren, an Omaha Chamber Music Society trio.

The group features soprano Shelby VanNordstrand, Darci Gamerl on the oboe and English horn and pianist Stacie Haneline.

The performance will be from noon to 1 p.m. at the Durham Outpatient Center’s west atrium.

Music as Medicine concerts are free. Patients and families, staff, students and the community are invited to bring lunch and enjoy the concert, sponsored by UNMC’s College of Medicine and the Human Resources Department.
