The UNMC Shipping and Receiving Department is reminding the UNMC community that on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14, the department will accept flowers but will not deliver these items.
Flowers and other Valentine’s Day deliveries will have to be picked up at General Supply.
“The sheer volume of flowers and other Valentine’s Day-themed items received on Feb. 14 make it impossible for us to deliver them throughout campus,” said Randall Harder, shipping manager “We will contact the recipient when flowers arrive so they can come and pick them up at General Supplies at 668 S. 41st St.
