Tell us a bit about what you do here at UNMC.
As an office associate in the College of Public Health, I provide administrative support for the faculty and students in the department of epidemiology.

Over the past nine months, it’s really been a wonderful experience to work with my fellow colleagues within the department and college. Every day I get to see faculty, staff and students work to the fullest of their potential in order to ensure excellence. I have personally appreciated seeing and receiving all of my colleagues’ commitment of support towards me and each other, as we collectively strive for excellence within our departments and the college as a whole.
What is your favorite spring activity?
The beginning of the baseball season – Go, Cubbies!
List three things people may not know about you.
- As a civilian, I worked as a water survival instructor for the U.S. Navy and was able to train potential Special Forces candidates.
- I love volunteer work and currently help at the Open Door Mission and Habitat for Humanity.
- I am training for my first triathlon.
