Nearly 250 Lincoln Rotarians were on hand Tuesday to hear Chancellor Harold M. Maurer, M.D., speak about the University of Nebraska Medical Center and its vision to be a world-class academic health sciences center. In addition to his update about UNMC’s progress, Chancellor Maurer also shared examples of UNMC’s presence in Lincoln and Lancaster County as part of its 500-mile campus.
