UNMC Human Resources – Employee Relations invites UNMC employees to attend “Preparing for a Difficult Conversation: Conflict Styles and Strategies” Friday, April 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Westside Community Conference Center, 3534 S. 108th St., Omaha.
The workshop will be led by Catherine Morrison, J.D., the principal of Morrison Associates, a consulting practice providing negotiation and dispute resolution services, strategic advice and training for its clients. A continental breakfast is from 8 to 8:30 a.m. For UNMC employees, there is no fee to attend this activity. However, pre-registration is required as limited seats are available.
Registration may be done by calling the Center for Continuing Education at (402) 559-5916 or going online at http:calendar.unmc.edu. Although there is no fee, you must still check the payment option. Failure to attend without a 48-hour cancellation notice will result in a $100 fee charged to the employee’s department cost center.
