Ending the week with a workout

The final Fitness Friday of the summer will be held tomorrow, and organizers are changing things up by offering a yoga program.

  • When: 3 to 4 p.m. Friday
  • Where: The Ruth and Bill Scott Student Plaza

Todd Gulizia will be leading the class, and beginners are encouraged to attend.

“Don’t be intimidated,” said Anna Kirshenbaum, public relations events coordinator. “This event is a fun and easy way to learn more about yoga — and for you experts, a chance to connect with co-workers and enjoy an outdoor workout.”

All Fitness Friday events are free for employees and students; all members of the clinical enterprise community are encouraged to attend.

Please RSVP if you are able to attend, as space is limited.

Please bring a yoga mat (or towel) and water to class.
