United Way, Day 4: How do we stack up?

Entering Day 4 of UNMC’s United Way campaign, here’s how the participation levels stack up by college or unit:

  • Business and Finance: 20 percent
  • Chancellor’s Unit: 40 percent
  • College of Medicine: 11 percent
  • College of Nursing: 35 percent
  • College of Pharmacy: 16 percent
  • College of Public Health: 34 percent
  • Eppley Institute: 19 percent
  • Facilities Management and Planning: 20 percent
  • Human Resources: 18 percent
  • ITS: 31 percent
  • Munroe-Meyer Institute: 27 percent
  • Research: 35 percent
  • School of Allied Health Professions: 60 percent
  • Student and Academic Affairs: 34 percent


The running total

As of 3 p.m. Tuesday, UNMC achieved:

  • Donations of $80,341.60, more than 53 percent of the campaign goal of $150,000.
  • Employee participation of 18 percent. Last year, there was 47 percent participation — this year’s goal is 50 percent. Remember, using the UNMC eServ website to choose not to donate counts as participation!
