Is there an artist inside of you, dying to get out?
Here is your chance to find out. Employees and students of UNMC and Nebraska Medicine are invited to register for free art classes to be held on campus this fall. Classes are offered as part of UNMC’s campus partnership with the Joslyn Art Museum. Ron Sykes will be the instructor.
- What: Free basic drawing classes
- When: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Oct. 21 through Nov. 25
- Where: Alumni Commons, second floor, Sorrell Center
This class will introduce basic drawing skills and techniques to new students and hone the skills of experienced artists. Experience a variety of drawing media while learning to render proportion, value and perspective.
