UNMC’s student information system, MyRecords, goes live today with a new look.

The system, informally known as “PeopleSoft,” is now live for students, faculty and advisors. (The MyRecords system for staff has not changed at this time.)

“The purpose of the new look is to enhance the user experience and centralize information,” said Cody Phillips, functional lead of the committee that oversaw the redesign of the site.

The new system centrally locates all information, with links to forms or pages in student accounts, academic records, financial aid, student health, and other useful sites.

“I would like to thank Tyler Scherr (a Ph.D. candidate in pathology & microbiology), Alicia Schiller (a Ph.D. candidate in cellular & integrative physiology) and the redesign committee for their collaboration and hard work on the redesign of MyRecords,” Phillips said.
