Ambulatory clinics announce leadership positions

Ann Blanchard, Lisa Hinson, and Kara Tomlinson have been named ambulatory clinics directors for Nebraska Medicine.

Blanchard will serve as the ambulatory clinics director, primary care for the primary care clinical program. Blanchard has been with Nebraska Medicine-Nebraska Medical Center since 2004 and in the position of Manager, Enterprise Ambulatory & Beacon Clinical Applications for the past 16 months.

Hinson will serve as the ambulatory clinics director, primary care for the primary care clinical program. Hinson has been with UNMC since 2007 and with UNMC Physicians since 2011 in the positions of administrator for the division of rheumatology and clinic business manager for the fifth floor Durham Outpatient Center Internal Medicine Clinic.

Tomlinson will serve as the ambulatory clinics director, specialty care position for the ambulatory clinics operation. After spending 16 months as the health and wellness supervisor for Valmont, Tomlinson is returning to Nebraska Medicine. Prior to joining Valmont, she served as the UNMC Physicians Clinic manager for cardiology from 2009-2013.
