Foundations for Success, a career development and networking series, will return in February. This series is open to office/service staff of UNMC and will cover topics such as time management, communication, diversity and change.
The 2015 program dates and topics:
- Feb. 11: “Valuing People” and “Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Step II”
- March 4: “Reality-based Rules” and “Understanding and Supporting Change”
- April 1: “Prioritize or Agonize” and “Difficult Conversations and Beyond”
- May 13: “Creativity@Work” and “Graduation Lunch”
Nominees must:
- Be a full-time employee for at least six months.
- Be nominated by their supervisor or manager.
- Have excellent performance in their current job.
- Commit to attend all four sessions.
Nominations will be accepted until Jan. 28. Managers and supervisors may complete a nomination form and send to Nicole Krom, ZIP 5470.
